Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order at sales@nordsteelproducts.com. Customers should include their order number and the reason for the return in their email. Our customer service team will assist promptly with the return process.

Conditions for Return:

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or tear.
- All original accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Nordsteel will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 21 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer's account.

Exclusions:

- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Returns that do not meet our return policy criteria may be subject to restocking fees or refusal.
